Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early. Please check around your home, mailbox, neighbors, or local post office, and allow 24 hours. If it’s still missing, contact us within 48 hours.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. View full return policy.
Please contact us with your order number to request return instructions and the return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after arrival. Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return drops your order below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted.
