Order Processing

Most orders ship next business day. During peak periods, processing may take 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• USPS Ground Advantage
  $5.99 flat rate for orders under $50
  FREE shipping on orders $50+
  Typical transit: 4–6 business days (after dispatch)

• Priority Upgrade: $10.50 via USPS Priority Mail
  Typical transit: 2–3 business days after dispatch

• Priority Mail upgrade is $12.50 for the following destinations: Alaska (AK), California (CA), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Minnesota (MN), Montana (MT), North Dakota (ND), Oregon (OR), Puerto Rico (PR), South Dakota (SD), Washington (WA), and Wisconsin (WI). Typical transit: 3–4 business days
  

Carrier delays: Transit times are USPS estimates. Weather, holidays, routing changes, or volume surges can cause delays outside our control.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check nearby areas/parcel lockers and allow 24 hours (USPS may scan early). If still missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number so we can help.
