Damaged or Missing Items

Delivered but Not Received

  1. Check all areas: mailbox, porch/side door, garage, parcel locker, building mailroom/office, and around furniture or bushes.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff in case they accepted it.
  3. Review tracking details for delivery notes (e.g., “Mailbox,” “Parcel Locker,” “Front Door”).
  4. Wait 24 hours—USPS may scan “Delivered” shortly before actual drop-off.
  5. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number if it’s still missing.

What we’ll do: We’ll open an inquiry with USPS to verify final delivery. If it cannot be located after the USPS check, we’ll offer a replacement or refund in line with our policy and item availability. For higher-value orders, we may recommend signature confirmation on future purchases.
