The color of the tube beads does not stay. I used them on a wire jewelry. By the time I finished making it, the color of the beads was already rubbed off and the glass is just clear, no color. To make sure it was not just a visual perception, I did unwind the jewelry to take the beads out to compare with the ones fresh out from the bag. The color really disappeared. The color also disappears after soaking in water. I am a little disappointed as I really wanted to love these beads because it is hard to find this color and size.
